Remote Online Notary
We use technology such as electronic signatures, audio-visual communication, and identity verification to notarize documents remotely, allowing for a virtual notarization procedure rather than a face-to-face encounter.
What it is:
With remote online notarization (RON), a notary public notarizes a document electronically rather than in person, negating the need for the signer to be present.
How it works:
We meet with the signer and communicate with audio-visual technology, such as a webcam.
We use electronic means to confirm the identity of the signer.
We electronically sign and notarize the document and add an electronic seal to the document.
The signer then receives an electronic copy of the notarized document.

Apostilles authenticate public records for use outside of the United States. Apostilles can only be issued by the Secretary of State. Notaries are unable to directly issue apostilles; we can provide services to help clients prepare their documents for apostille processing. Additionally, we can serve as couriers, bringing and returning documents to the Secretary of State.
